4. Pricing & Payments
All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
We accept prepaid online payments only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on our website.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We do not store any debit card, credit card, UPI, or banking details.
In case of payment failure, refunds (if applicable) are processed as per the payment gateway’s standard timelines.
5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Order confirmation is sent after successful payment.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days (All India).
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, location, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Bullet Meri Jaan is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.
7. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged products or wrong items delivered.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
❌ Returns will not be accepted for:
Used or installed products
Change of mind or personal preference
Sound preference or legal concerns
Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
8. Exhaust / Silencer Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
Exhausts, silencers, free-flow pipes, and performance parts are intended for off-road / track / show use only.
Use of such products on public roads may violate traffic, noise, or emission laws.
Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Bullet Meri Jaan shall not be responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal actions arising from product usage.
Once installed or used, exhausts and silencers are non-returnable.
9. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original prepaid payment method within 5–7 working days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Bullet Meri Jaan.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
