At Bullet Meri Jaan, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining clear and fair policies. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged during shipment, or

A wrong product has been delivered

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided

❌ Returns will not be accepted for:

Used or installed products

Change of mind or personal preference

Sound preference or legal concerns

Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Normal wear, minor scratches, or handling marks

2. Exhaust / Silencer Return Policy (IMPORTANT)

Due to the nature of exhausts, silencers, free-flow pipes, and performance parts:

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect

Once installed or used, no return or refund will be provided

Sound level, tone, or legality issues are not valid reasons for return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Address

If your return is approved, the product must be sent to:

5. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our mistake (damaged or wrong product), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed.

In all other approved cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days to the original prepaid payment method used at the time of purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

7. Replacement Policy

Replacements are offered only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued as per this policy.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
