At Bullet Meri Jaan, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day after successful payment.

Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen situations, dispatch may take additional time.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days (All India) after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

Customer location

Courier partner delays

Weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances

Bullet Meri Jaan is not responsible for delays caused by logistics or courier partners.

3. Order Tracking (SMS / Email)

Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email by our courier/logistics partner.

Customers are advised to track their shipment using the provided tracking link for real-time updates.

4. Shipping Charges (Weight-Based)

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on product weight, package size, and delivery location.

5. Payment Mode

All orders on Bullet Meri Jaan are accepted on a prepaid basis only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and contact details.

Bullet Meri Jaan is not responsible for delivery delays or failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer refusal, or unavailability at the time of delivery, re-shipping charges will apply.

Customers will be contacted before re-dispatching the order.

Orders that are not claimed within 5 days of being returned may be cancelled.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear images or videos of the package and product must be shared for verification.

Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

9. Return Shipments

Returns are accepted only as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Products sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
